Not good news from BFG on 345-30-19

In response to my question, BFG's reply:

Unfortunately, we do not have any current plans to make a BFGoodrich g-Force
T/A Drag Radial in a size 345/30R19. We apologize for any inconvenience
this may cause.

They could make a lot of money ..

Probably not. I'm sure they have run business cases for each tire size and have concluded that it's not worth the investment. I understand from previous discussions with tire manufacturers that it cost $30-40,000 just to tool up a new size. That doesn't include the R&D that you need to develope it and the variable cost for each tire.
