Sorry I can't do the install for free at these group buy prices. Our shop rate is $75hr. If all 3 of you commit to the list on the group buy and come in the shop to get your shifter installed I will install them for $60hr. You can watch how long it takes.

I guess all i need to know is the charge 1 or 2 hours? :) If its 15 minutes is the charge $15 bucks then?

I'm thinking max 1 hour from what I've read. Of course, Ron will confirm :)

Same question.

Thanks,
Alex

Thanks! Is that with the 1" lower bolt or the 2" one? Is the 1" lower bolt recommended with the MGW knob?

Ron, what kind of payment would you accept? Paypal?

Also, do you recommend changing it out from the bottom? I've never touched a tranny before, so I don't know if I would mess anything up by lowering it a little bit to swap shifters.

Thanks,
Alex

I think it is the two inch, Dan at DC Performance installed it for me a while ago and it is a great shifter over OEM.

SVS is out standing, I just orderd a set of headers and Ron Jr took the time to go over all dimensions with me and called Dan at DC Performance to insure proper fit. The best, you can not ask for more.

figure 2 hrs.

Usually we only figure by :30 increments....

But for everyone that buys an SVS shifter through this group buy and would like to have it installed at our shop I will figure it by :15 increments @ $60hr.

If it takes 1hr it will cost you $60, 1.25hrs $75, 1.75hrs $105, 2hrs it will cost $120

McCarlin: I will let you use my stopwatch but you can't coach the mechanics :bonker:

Let me get the finances together, maybe we can get this buy up to 30 :)

I would prefer paypal. It is the easiest for everyone. If you don't have paypal then credit card would be ok.

Yes. Changing it out from thhe bottom is the quickest way.

I don't have instructions. I will take pics and document the next shifter install in the shop. If anyone wants to take pics of their install process and send them to me I will add them to our website

Does this mean the price will go down more if the count hits 30

We need to reach 35

previous post in this thread from SVS Turbo:

"I'm clear to deliver 35-40 and after that I have to wait.

If we land there they'll go for $230 (w/ only 1 shifter bolt)"

That's the lowest I can go and you'll have to choose between the longer or shorter shifter bolts.

If we reach 35 confirmed/paid orders for the SVS shifter and you want both bolts the cost is $245

Viper House? Internet search for any business of that name in AZ comes up empty. No phone listing for a business of that name either. Reverse lookup of that phone number yields no results.

For repairs and mods in Phx the recommendation is XLR8 or Eddie at Bill Luke Dodge. Both VCA members and strong history with Vipers.

Try viper house in Phoenix. Phone number is 602-819-6006 ask for london.
