If you can get over to New Orleans (or thereabout), take an airboat tour through the swamp at dusk. Unforgettable. And, Cajun restaurants in New Orleans are worth the trip.

Any chance you are going to get to New York? That is a fun place to visit.

Darn, I was in that area last week. Sorry I am going to miss both you guys. I am in Palm Beach till Friday and then heading back home on Saturday.

There are airboat rides around Kissemmee as well, that's a lot closer than New Orleans, but maybe the sights aren't as good as the air boat rides in the New Orleans area. There is a huge slingshot ride at Old Town that shoots you up into the air several hundred feet that looks like fun, Richard Petty experience at Disney that has you drive a NASCAR type car at about 150 mph around the track there, that is a great experience as well. If you do go to Disney, that first weekend will be Labor Day weekend, and it just might be packed with people trying to get the last summer weekend in there. Make it over to Epcot and go to "Soarin" first thing, it is a great ride, one everyone will enjoy, and then the Test Drive at GM is a great one as well. Both rides back up very quickly and have long lines, so the sooner you get to them the better for you. Even if you get the speed pass or whatever it is called, it will probably take you hours before you can go back to the ride and get in without any further waiting. Have a great trip and congrats on your marriage!
