Here's the scenario, one of my striker latches broke on the hood, so my hood isn't latching at the front. Dodge tells me the part is on back order...it's 80 degrees and sunny, and I am forced to sit and look at my beautiful car in the garage. I give Jon B a call, I've done some previous business with him, and he not only finds one and overnights it to me, but he refused to charge me because he couldn't come up with a fair price for such a trivial part! I'll be back on the road tomorrow. Suffice it to say that Jon has earned my business for anything I need in the future, and deserves much respect from the entire Viper community.
