They have to pick you and your car to race in that event. I believe David Boggs and Tom Welch went last year. All you have to do is fill out the entry form and send pics of your car and they will let know.
When are you stopping by with the new shaft ?

Only 10 gallons of fuel this year instead of the 15 they used last year. That will make a difference to some of the cars. Last year I think a car ran out of fuel on his last pass.....he would have won if he had not ran out. I think the drive (with more fuel)should be a couple hundred miles.

Supposedly it is a tough drive of over an hour in rush hour stop-and-go. Tough for drag cars with license plates. It would be cool to make it much longer and at a 70mph pace. That would **** out a TON of cars. That is what a street car really should be, IMO.
