Let's assume the car has been fixed so it's almost perfect (although you've not indicated that is the case). It's not worth any more than $25K, because when you turn around to sell it, nobody will want that car! There are too many perfect, low mileage garage queen Vipers out there to buy a wrecked one. The only way I'd say it's worth considering is if it's been fixed so you can't tell there was ever any damage, you can buy it for $20-25K, you plan to drive it yourself, and you don't give a rodent's rear end about any future resale value (cause there isn't any!).
If the car hasn't been made 100% right, you don't want it! If you're thinking you can get it fixed, remember that Viper parts are very expensive, and that when you're done you'll have a lot more money in that car than it is worth.
I say pass.
