QUESTION ON 2002 ACR SHOCKS...

My father inlaw has a new 2002 acr and when we go over a few bumps in the road it bounces up and down. It bounce so much i keep hitting my head on the top. what should the shocks be set on or it there something wrong with them. thanks

Definitely set wrong.

2002 has DSI-remote reservoir shocks. See the ACR SUPPLEMENT to the owners manual behind the drivers seat.
