was just clocked at 191 mph in the Silver State Classic. Time was something like 34 minutes for the 90+ mile race.

191?? Did they get caught doing that? I'd say he exceeded his TECH speed. Wayne has 3.45 gears so he would have to be in 6th gear with the NOS kicking major power to clear 191 mph. Must have been his navigator, Jim P, telling Wayne they had to make up time. Glad they stayed safe.

I just got back from a road trip where it was reported a red 1994 RT/10 hisser was seen doing 145 m.p.h. as he dropped both a BMW Z3 and Corvette (C5?) who provoked him beyond is sustainable limit!!

That's what I thought! Supposedly they were clocked at 191. Which I thought was was way over their TECH spd. They didn't sign up at the last minute for the 175 class did they?

Don't know if they changed classes. A Couple of weeks ago Wayne was telling me he was going to upgrade some of his safety equipment, maybe so he could enter in a higher speed class, but don't know if it got done.

I just told Wayne not to do anything that would mess up Jim's way cool helmet.
