Seatbelt anchor bolt torque specs?

I am not familiar with the star pattern bolts as used for seatbelt anchors. Could someone give the torque specs when replacing the 5 point recalled seatbelts? (couldn't find a post in the archives dealing with this). Thanks.

If someone looks this up, can you also check to see the torque specs ('98 GTS) of the 4 bolts that attach the seat belt tensioners behind the rear bulkhead. This is for the standard 3-points, of course.

Seat belt buckle anchor nut: 29 ft.lbs.[40 N-m]
Seat belt buckle anchor bolt: 29 ft.lbs.[40 N-m]

Seat belt retractor bolt: 28 ft.lbs.[38 N-m]
