Selling Certificates?

Someone just called me to ask if he could purchase my second certificate (which I probably am not going to use) for $500. The caller indicated that he would put down the deposit, if I would order the car in my name. He said he had talked to his Dodge dealer and was told this was okay, as the dealer would title the car in his name, rather than mine. I thought this was a no-no for dealers. Just out of curiosity, has another one else had a similar experience?

Agreed, 500 isn't worth your hassle of getting "stuck" with it. Speak to your dealer, most of them will split the profits with ya, and I am certain it will be more than 500. Just the diff between invoice and sticker will be 6k or so, so theres an easy 3k just at sticker..
