Start with the adjusters in the middle of the range and make some 90% timed laps. Pull in and make some written notes as to the behavior on various corner entries, apexes and exits. Next, go full soft on bump and go make some safe, consistent laps and make more notes. Adjust to full hard and repeat. Re-center bump and do a similar test cycle with rebound adjusters. You'll figure out pretty quick what to adjust and when.
