shorter throw with stock shift knob

I have seen the MGW short throw shifter and I really like it but are there any options that allow me to keep the stock shifter and shorten the throws?

I installed an SVSi unit which incorporates the use of the factory shift knob. I like the unit very much as it shortens the throw considerably and feels great. It is machined from billet aluminum and was recently fitted with more aggressive springs for more affirmative 3-4 shifting.

Lot's of folks use the MGW unit and seem to really like it. MGW products are of very high quality.
