Depends on conditon. If they were both in the same condition, then I would pay more for the ACR.

ACR. Since it's a relatively rare option it makes the car more valuable. How much more, however, is a much more difficulkt question to answer.

The ACR is more "valuable", as it costs more from Dodge. To me however I would not pay any more for it. Actually I would pay less because I like fog lights and I think the GTS wheels look much better. These are, of course, my personal preferences.
