Special January in Iowa

I was able to use the record and near record temperatures in eastern Iowa to take my Viper out of mothballs today.

My son who is home from college and I set the top back and cruised about 250 miles in the 20+ degrees above normal temperatures. It hit 51 in Dubuque and 53 in Cedar Rapids, two of the cities we cruised. Those were both records for the date.

We had a great time on this bonus cruise!! Normals this time of year is 26F for the high!!

I hope all of you in warmer climes enjoy your cars often!

Same here in Boston, its going to be in the 50's and i am going for a ride this afternoon. First in a couple of months, enjoy. Eagle

I don't care much about temperature, lower it gets better it is for my SC viper ....

It's not the temperature that bothers me as much as the salt brine. I've seen the gorgeous underside of my Viper and don't want it corroding at all!!

I did like having the top down. Below 40F it's a bit too cool for me!
