On a recent trip to CAAP, I mentioned to one of the guys a problem I was having to with the interior light on my new ACR (wouldn't turn off). In about two seconds he diagnosed the problem, which had been caused by my painter's failure to properly adjust the latch and strike plate following some custom paint work. He gave me his cell number and told me to call him if his suggestions didn't solve the problem.

That night I arrived back home to KC, looked at what he suggested, and he was exactly right. I made the necessary adjustments and the problem was solved!

The guys (and gals) at CAAP are not only very friendly and helpful, but they do know their stuff!
