Starting problem

Hello to all.
I am new here and I am from Panama, Central America.
My '98 GTS when cold starts fine, runs fine.
When I stop the engine (after more than 10 minutes running) and try to restart (after a couple of minutes) the engine starts but it sputters and does not rev up.
I let the car sit for a while (lets say 20-30 minutes) and then it starts again.
Any ideas?

Could be an intermitten problem with the security system, or electrical system.... or You may need a new battery. If you have a way to run a "code check", it may tell you exactly what the problem is.
