stripped side sill bolts

Hello,
Does anyone know what sizes bolt to use to replace the stripped out side sill bolts on the bottom of the side sills. I removed the cats on my srt and now 3 bolts will not tighten.

Try #10 sheet metal screws.

What size is the bolts that come from the factory?

Actually, I just noticed that you were talking about an SRT. I'm not sure what the factory screw size is. I believe they are #8 on the Gen 2s.

From what I understand, they will keep stripping. I used high temp, low strength loctite putting mine back on and barely torqued them.

There is a writeup in the illustrated section on replacing them with a type of rivit and you use a stainless screw, it won't ever strip.
