Third Break Light

A long time ago, someone put up a post of how they took that third break light off a gen2 GTS, mounted it in something, wired it to some power source, and hung it up on the wall. Anyone know how to do this?

It is just an l.e.d. .
I would just get an ac/dc power converter used for electronics. switch it to 12 volts and let it eat.
