Ticking noise from the engine

I'm 24 hours into owning my Viper but have noticed a ticking noise from the engine. Is this normal?

There was a thread posted on 3.1.07 about valve train noise. Check it out and see if it relates to your noise.

The noise you hear is probably injector noise.

DITTO on the post from GR8. It is the injectors.

O Yeah!! Normal....
Just get a louder exhaust.

No big deal just a bit of valve noise, not an issue as they all do it. If there was more padding under the hood it would likely not be as noticable , but with the vents in the hood many a new owner hears it and is a bit concerned ---- just noisy little valves and you are in no trouble at all!
