What is the maximum width tire that will fit on the front 18" ten spoke factory SRT rims? Not concerned with clearance but just fitting on the rim. Will 315's fit?

Thanks, I'll go ahead with it then. They just looked awful wide to fit properly on the 11" rims.

They are actually 10 inch wide rims FYI

Found photos of them on a gen2 ACR rim of mine, which is the exact same size as the Gen 3 fronts (but again, I have this already on my 06 coupe stock rims, just no pics yet):

Thanks for the pics Jon. I just had the 315's mounted and they fit fine. The shop did put some scratches in the clear coat in the process. Anyone know how to get them out without having to refinish the whole wheel?

that ***** shelby, thats always my NUMBER 1 worry when getting tires mounted, the potential damage/scratch to the rim :( Sorry to hear that, i have no solution for the scratches. I dont suppose you had an agreement with them up front that any scratches they did, they would cover?

Depends on how deep the scratches are. If they're shallow, surface scratches, you can polish them out with mild polishing compound like 3M's fine.

Be careful, the clear coat is fairly thin, like the clear coat on the car.

No sure why you'd put 315's on the front of a street car. The road ruts will really get your attention, i.e. pull the car in the direction of the ruts. They do help on the track though, but stock wheels are so heavy for track use.

To each his own.

Here's the installed pics. The stock 275's looked like bicycle tires in comparison.

Wow that does look good. I originally thought 315's were way too big when I saw your post.
