What is the voltage range of the throttle position sensor?

Un-plug the TPS, key on, the orange wire is your 5-volt supply circuit [98].
Black/lite blue: sensor ground
orange/dark blue: TP sensor signal

So, at WOT what should my TPS voltage be reading?

With the Key in the ON position but with the engine shut down, in the lowest throttle position, or Idle, probing the Output with a VM should yield 0-.5 Volts. With the throttle at the highest position, or WOT, probing the Output with the VM should read 3.5 Volts.
