Looking for a tuner in the Cincinnati area. I have a 96 GTS with a VecII and basics upgrades. I've got two Roe tunes but I think this thing is pig rich. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have ability to do data-logs?
do you have a wideband?
what are your "pig-rich" symptoms?

Working on getting the ability to log.
No wide band.
Soot on rear of car. Smell.

Do you know if the upstream O2's have been changed recently?
If not, change those out first. They can get "finicky" after a while. Use factory Mopar sensors.
Re-set PCM afterwards.

Start with the basics first. If it's running rich at WOT, then yes, get tuning and new cards. If it's rich at normal driving, VEC cards are not going to help much. Stock PCM/O2's control engine functions in closed loop.

What is the procedure for resetting the PCM?

many threads on this.
Tators recommended is
1)disconnect pos. side of battery and ground the cable for 30 secs. Make sure it's a good spot (I check with voltmeter). This dumps memory and computer can "re-learn". reconnect pos. cable to battery
***DO NOT disconnect at jump post
2)turn key to "on" position and push throttle to floor 3 x's. Turn key to off. This re-sets throttle position sensor.
3) start car, and let it "re-learn" idle positions. Let it die if you have to. Don't try to save it.
4) driving will start new LT/STFT's.
Hope this helps.
Now, everyone can start correcting me and/or adding to procedure that I have forgotten. :D

Also, do you have headers? Are the O2's in the 5/6 cylinders or have the been re-positioned to the collector (recommended).

O2's have been changed with Mopar units ( helped somewhat).
O2's are in the collecters (have headers).
It seems rich in "normal" driving.

You say it "seems" rich. Like speedracer says, do you have cats?
Is this a symptom that just started?
Could be a PCM issue?

"Seems" was the wrong word to use. In normal driving of say about 20 miles there will be black soot on the back of the car just above the tips.

Please don't laugh but I'm not sure if it has cats or not. I won't have access to the car for about 2 weeks to be able to answer that question.

Symptom has been there since I bought the car in June.

My guess is that the car is catless and that's why you have the soot/rich smelling issue. I would take it to a Dyno or data log the A/F to see if it is running rich. How loud is the car?
