Underdrive pulley + Paxton = ?

I have the Comp Coupe underdrive pulley on my '05, and I'm thinking about the Paxton system ... would the pulley have any affect on the Paxton? ... keep in mind, I would like the lowest boost possible (6psi?), and I'd be happy with 'only' 600rwhp (I just don't need that much power to enjoy the car, and I place a priority on durability, but I want to smoke any Z06 that comes along).
