VEC2 and MAP sensor

I'm installing my VEC2 and when I started reading about the MAP sensor and bypassing it, I got confused...
can I eliminate the MAP sensor completely if I use the internal MAP from the VEC?
Can I just run the vac. line from the VEC to the mainfold and disconnect and remove the MAP sensor or do I need to leave it connected to the harness and just connect the VEC to the manifold ****** only?

Hey....Do you have an original set of installation directions? Best to list out your Viper's configuration in your sgnature as I'm not sure if your have a Roe Supercarger.
