I have just sent out a mass e mail to all of the entrants for the Gingerman event. If you have NOT recieved the email thenm that means you are not signed up for the event. We are looking forward to another GREAT event. We are SOLD OUT for this event.

1. Do you plan on attendiung the Friday Test & Tune day for Advanced drivers
June 14th? Yes or No
A. Full day 9am-5pm $175 not including lunch
B. Half Day 1-5pm $90 not including lunch
2. Do you plan on attending 1 or 2 days Sat & Sun June 15th & 16th? If you do chose 1 day please specify the day!
A. 2 days $595 for Challenge Drivers $745 for Racers
B. 1 Day $250 includes lunch for Challenge Drivers $375 for Racers
3. Will you be bringing any guests who will do the food package? Yes or No. If yes then how many??

FRIDAY TEST & TUNE: Friday will be open for "advanced drivers" for a testand tune day. 9-5 we will be running 2 run groups all day!! NO lunch $175 full day and $90 for half day after noon. Call Courtney for approval
COST: $645.00 or $595.00 for VCA member* (VCA # required)** for a registration/reception party at the Sea Wolf Restaurant, two lunches, and a Saturday night banquet at the Sea Wolf Restaurant, commemorative gift and extensive track time. One day entry $250 includes lunch!!
PAYMENT: Viper days accepts Visa and Master Card. Make checks payable to: Viper Days, Inc. Payment for each event is paid in full prior to the event!! Late Entry- 7 days before event will result in a $50 late fee, NO EXCEPTIONS!!

TRACK SIDE SERVICE Archer Racing Accessories will be on hand to do
complete trackside service including suspension, alignments, engine
modifications and exhaust. If there is something specific you will like,

TIRES Bobby Archer Enterprises are the Exclusive provider of trackside
safety needs, tire mounting and balancing, and sales. Those needing
Michelin or Hoosier tires please call ahead and order them so they can bring

TRAILER AND RIG PARKING The track will be open to accept parking Thursday
from 7am-9pm. Or all day Friday at the track from 7am-10pm
CAMPERS/MOTORCOACHES Is allowed on the property. Self-Contained. If you
would like a hook-up please contact Bob at 616-998-5774
FUEL The track is selling 93 Unleaded , 110 leaded.
REQUIRED TO BRING Helmets with Snell rating of 95 or be no more then 5
years old. No motorcycle helmets unless you wear a balaclava. Long sleeve
shirt and pants required. ***********
FRIDAY NIGHT ARRIVAL: 6PM until 9PM at the Sea Wolf Restaurant. Check in
and register at the reception with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. Tech.
inspection will occur at the track All day Friday and Sat am. Please join
us for hors d'oeuvres, drinks and some Viper Tales. A Viper tech inspection
tip: empty your glove box and trunk at the hotel instead of the track.
GUEST PACKAGE: For those who do not wish to put their car on the track
and/or guests, we offer a food package of the reception, two catered lunches
and a banquet for $125.00 per person. Children will be given a discount,
must call Courtney for details!! Dinner Only is $35/person.
GATE HOURS: Thursday from 7am-9pm and Friday 7am-10pm, Sat 7am-10pm, Sun
7am-8pm

· SATURDAY If arriving on Saturday morning, be at the track by 7:00 0AM for
registration and tech inspection Drive around begin at 7:15am MANDATORY
drivers meeting at 7:45. The track will go hot at 8:30. Classroom
instruction begins at 8:30 AM, Banquet at the Sea Wolf Restaurant 6:30pm
cocktail/ 7pm dinner.
· SUNDAY: Be at the track by 8:00 AM. Driver meeting at 8:15 the track will
go hot at 8:30.
***ALL RT/10 MUST HAVE A ROLL BAR OR HARD TOP TO PARTICIPATE!!!!! ***
