This e-mail is being sent to everyone who attended VIR 2001 plus

1. Do you plan on attending the Friday Test & Tune for Advanced drivers July
19th? Yes or No
A. Full Day 9am-5pm $200 not including lunch 8:30-5:30
B. Half Day 1pm-5pm $100 1-5:30
2. Do you plan on attending 1 or 2 days Sat & Sun July 20th & 21st? If you
do chose 1 day please specify which day!
A. 2 Days $645 for Challenge Drivers & $745 for the racers
B. 1 Day $300 includes lunch for the day
3. Will you be bringing any guests who will do the food package? Yes or No.

FRIDAY TEST & TUNE: Friday will be open for "advanced drivers" for a test
and tune day. 8:30-5:30 we will be running 2 run groups all day!! NO
lunch $200 full day and $100 for half day after noon. Call Courtney for OK
COST: $695.00 or $645.00 for VCA member* Event Upcharge - $50.00 (VCA #
required)** for a registration/reception party at the track, two lunches,
and a Saturday night banquet at the Stratford Inn, commemorative gift and
extensive track time. One day entry $300 includes lunch!!
PAYMENT: Viper days accepts Visa and Master Card. Make checks payable to:
Viper Days, Inc. Payment for each event is paid in full prior to the
event!! Late Entry- 7 days before event will result in a $50 late fee, NO
EXCEPTIONS!!

TRACK SIDE SERVICE Archer Racing Accessories will be on hand to do
complete trackside service including suspension, alignments, engine
modifications and exhaust. If there is something specific you will like,

TIRES Bobby Archer Enterprises are the Exclusive provider of trackside
safety needs, tire mounting and balancing, and sales. Those needing
Michelin or Hoosier tires please call ahead and order them so they can bring

TRAILER AND RIG PARKING The track will be open to accept parking on
Thursday until 7pm. NO SET UP IS ALLOWED. And all day Friday from 7am-10pm
CAMPERS/MOTORCOACHES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CAMP ON THE PROPERTY OVERNIGHT .
You can move outside the gates to sleep. NO Exceptions Call close camping

FUEL The track is selling 93 & 100 unleaded, 110 & 114 Leaded by CREDIT
CARD ONLY!!
REQUIRED TO BRING Helmets with Snell rating of 95 or be no more then 5
years old. No motorcycle helmets unless you wear a belaclava. Long sleeve
shirt and pants required. ***********
FRIDAY NIGHT ARRIVAL: 6PM until 9PM at the track. Check in and register at
the reception with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. Tech. inspection will
occur at the track all day & night Friday. Please join us for hors d'
oeuvres, drinks and some Viper Tales. A Viper tech inspection tip: empty
your glove box and trunk at the hotel instead of the track.
GUEST PACKAGE: For those who do not wish to put their car on the track
and/or guests, we offer a food package of the reception, two catered lunches
and a banquet for $125.00 per person. Children will be given a discount,
must call Courtney for details!! Dinner Only is $35/person.
GATE HOURS: Friday 7am-9:30pm Sat 6am-7pm, Sunday 7am-7pm

· SATURDAY If arriving on Saturday morning, be at the track by 6:00AM for
registration and tech inspection , drive a rounds begin at 7:20am MANDATORY
drivers meeting at 7:45. The track will go hot at 8:30. Classroom
instruction begins at 8:30 AM, Banquet at the The Stratford Inn 6:30
cocktail/ 7pm dinner.
· SUNDAY: Be at the track by 8:00 AM. Driver meeting at 8:15 the track will
go hot at 8:30.
***ALL RT/10 MUST HAVE A ROLL BAR OR HARD TOP TO PARTICIPATE!!!!! ***

Oils. We realize you can buy these products anywhere, but we cannot
quantify sales without purchasing thru our vendors. It would help out Viper
