I do not think a loose connection in the IAT sensor is going to stall your car. The car will run with it unplugged. Is it possible the wire was shorting out.

Yes it is possible as the bare wire was exposed at the crimp. It wasn't on the air temp enrichment source I don't think. I believe it was pin 16 on the 1st of the 3 connectors on the computer. I measured and it was a 5V source. It feeds at least the water temp sensor (I have thrown codes on that before), perhaps the TPS and FP and even the 02s as a reference voltage. I need to study the schematic more.

Drove the Viper to work today and it seemed to run better than before. Could just be the cold air.
