Let's see if we can get this answered while JonB off to Alaska watching "rear wheel dog power".

How many fuses AND what type/size in Gen I and Gen II Viper?
( hint...more than one type, size, and location ). This may sound like a silly question, UNTIL one starts to try to fix a problem in the dark and/or without correct spares.

I'm NOT sure about remote fuses, but here are the various fuses necessary located in the fuse box(s):

95,96 RT/10 (GenI) ONE (only) fuse box located above passenger's knee on underside of dash...ALL fuses here are blade type, "ATO": one 30 amp, nine 20 amp, four 10 amp, one 5 amp, and one 4 amp.

97,99 GTS (GenII) TWO fuse boxes...one on left rear of engine compartment, near positive side remote battery terminal...here you will find TWO sizes of blade fuses: ****...one 50 amp, one 40 amp, two 30 amp, five 20 amp AND Mini...two 20 amp, five 15 amp, two 10 amp. Then there is the fuse box by driver's left leg, on underside of dash:These are ALL Mini type blade fuses; one 25 amp, one 20 amp, two 15 amp, six 10 amp, one 7.5 amp, two 5 amp, one 4 amp.

This all grew out of wanting to have a "couple" of spare fuses in each Viper...GOT OUT OF HAND!!!
