Viper Inspection Question

I have a quick question, I am looking at a Viper in the Dallas, Tx area and i have been told to never buy a viper without having a viper professional take a look and inspect it. I was wondering if anyong knew of a good place to take the car to in the Dallas area. This is much appreciated. Thanks

Double check they have a REAL (certified) Viper Tech. When I went to pick up mine, I called ahead to make sure there was one in the area and drove 50 miles to get it looked at, and it turns out their "tech" was a guy that had seen the most Vipers...about 3-4 a year.

In lieu of a tech, you can always talk a local VCA member into coming with you. They should have a good idea of what to look for.

I hear compression and leak-down tests are a must too. Good luck!
