Viper towing Trailor Elec brake question

I'm hooking up elec trailor brakes to my 2002 Chevy van to tow a Viper to VOI. The brake switch under the dash has 6 wires coming out of it, anyone know which one I need to hook the brake controller to or how to find out? Thanks for any help. Tim

On my Navi I just bought an adapter wire for $10 that plugged right into the car from the controller.

i second that. GM wanted $145 for the harness. I bought on on-line for $15. worked better than the $145 one... b/c it was cheaper!

there are some chevy SUV/VAN forums (i don't recall which one I used) but that is where i found the info on what i needed and where to buy.

I just stopped by a place yesterday. They wanted 130 for the digital brake controller and 90 for the install. I have to get ready to tow my trailer for snowmobiling.

Found the same controller on ebay for 70 dollars.
