What is the torque specs on T&D\'s?

Im going to try to install my T&D's this weekend. What is the torque specs on the assembly? Thanks

40-45ft/lbs on the long stand, 20-25ft/lbs on the individual rockers.

at 25 ft lbs you feel the steel hit its elastic limit, anyone else have that experience. I now keep them at 20 ft lb.
