What\'s An 02 R/T Worth?

I'm looking at a 2002 Graphite R/T with 13k miles. I was wondering what you guys thought it might be worth. Nice shape, both tops, just a little miley. Whattaya think?

I'd guess about 58-62K at the very most. Probably lower..

I owned one great color, liked it better than my yellow. A lot easier to keep clean. Also very rare only 50ish made ever, if you get it you will love the color! Most people have never seen a viper that color, you will however see many durangos and ram trucks(its the same graphite grey). you may be able to get the car in the mid to low 50's. Good luck

I think I'm gonna skip that one. That's a lot of miles for an 02. It's funny how Viper miles are sorta like dog years. lol It also needs a windshield and a couple of other things.

Its a buyers market. All prices are in the gutter due to the economy etc... Great deals to be had. I wouldn't pay anywhere near 60.

I don't think you can get it for less than 60K? Why would anyone sell it for that?

They retailed for just under 70K new, no miles.

Definitely worth the 60K range. If you can get it for the lower 50's - "BUY IT"

Another reason to lease - basically pay the depreciation and walk away - even if the market tanks.

If it appreciates - buy it yourself. Otherwise - just move on.

It almost "hurts" to hear people getting a 2002 R/T for the low 50's...... What a difference just 3 months make......

I went and looked at it this morning. The windshield IS cracked. You can see the crack if you look at the engine shot on Ebay. It's only about 4 or 5 inches long, but it will spread, so you'll need to replace it. It also looks like there is maybe a cigarrete burn on the passenger side door panel. Other than that the car is pretty nice.

I guess you have to pay for the odometer to read anything less than 20. It makes me light heading knowing how much I paid last year for mine - and what a 500 mile RT/10 is going for now....

Mine has about 2K on it now (bought it with 20 miles) - so that must equate to about - what - $15,000 in depreciation?

Ouch....

Good thing it's the most amazing car I've ever seen, driven, sat it, looked at, washed, touched, {on and on and on and on......}

Yes, the market is a killer. Have you seen these cars on eBay??? That is the best place to get your car. I got mine from there and I think I got a pretty good deal. I have been keeping track of exotics on eBay that have sold for great prices and it is just a shocker. Most of them happen to be Vipers. You just have to be patient and you will be surprised.
