Where can I buy the X BAR that mounts over the GEN 2 engine ??

I need an X BAR that mounts over the gen. 2 (1999 GTS) that safeties the engine and frame for road racing. Where can I buy one and also what is involved in installing the four mounting bolts? Thanks.
