I was faced with a similar decision. I went and saw the GEN V. As spectacular as it looked, I still think the GEN2 GTS will never be outdone. Maybe someday I may trade up to a used GEN V but I found it hard to part with my RT/10 so I decided to keep it and only spend $36k on a clean GTS and pocket the $70K+. You have a GEN4 ACR which makes the decision to dump even harder. But once you fall for the beauty of a GEN2 you will only see the ACR as a numbers car.
