Who can attend the V-10 nationals?

My friend wanted to know if he can attend the V-10 nationals this weekend as a spectator. He does not own a Viper but hopes to soon....would that be OK?
If so, is there an admission charge??

Sure he can. Yes, there is an admission charge. Probably 10 or 20 bucks.
