Hey, I have a 94 and I already have a service manual but I’m interested any other manual for the 94.
Let me know what all other manuals you have.
Thanks
Derrick
Hey, I have a 94 and here’s what Dan Cragin set me up with and it works really well. Car drives great and it put down great power too (488rwhp and 500rwtq on 91).
Do you think there would be any benefit going to Brembo big brake kit over doing what you suggest? Most likely the big brake kit is overkill for how much I’ll push the car and the main use of the car.
So far I’m pretty set on bushings and bc coilovers, ss brake lines, Michelin cup r (240)...
I appreciate it but I can’t afford the wheels and I already bought a set of gen 3 wheels a while back. I know they are heavy but I love the way they look on a gen 1. Haha.
I’m thinking about giving my 94 a suspension upgrade and I’m wondering if this plan sounds like a decent one or not.
The car is modified, I have a mild head and cam package with Belanger headers putting out 488rwhp and 500rwtq and a set of 3.73s with a trutrac.
I mostly use this car for...
It’s been a while but I think I hardwired it off the radio power. I ran the wire through the passenger side using 3m to hold the wire against the pillar all the way over to the mirror. It isn’t 100% hidden but decent enough, no one will notice unless they are looking for it.
I’m using the stock mount, I have the 930 which is only 10inches and I fell it’s almost a tad too big too. The 900 that you have is 12 inches if I’m not mistaken, so I’m sure it’s seems too big for sure. I’m thinking of making a dash mount for it to help get it out of the way and still be able...
Sorry for the late response, I been out of town. The longtubes are Belanger with their high flow cats but the mufflers are something custom that Dan Cragin came up with.
Some of you might already saw it but figured some of y’all here might enjoy it.
The car is modded, it has a mild head and cam setup with a compression bump to 10.25 to 1. Exhaust is long tubes, high flow cats and custom mufflers.

I had the same situation when I bought my 94. I just put some aftermarket high flow cats on and passed no problem. The high flows are better for keeping the heat down. I know this isn’t the “legal” way to do this but with the side covers on it's pretty hard for them to see.
Old gas will cause you fail, it got me last time, so I simply drove a tank through it and it passed no problem. If it’s stock and nothing wrong, you probably won’t have a problem.
