    Thanks. A clutch switch that always thinks the clutch is fully depressed IS a safety concern. I didn't thinkof that failure mode.

    The speed of the hydraulic fan is controlled by a signal from one of the electronic modules. Before I would blindly replace the hydraulic motor, I would measure this signal to see if the electronic module is running the fan enough.

    Did you adjust the pedals all the way forward? There is a switch on the lower dash kick panel, to the right of the steering column. I'm assuming you had the seat all the way back.

    Stealth is correct and I am wrong. I just looked it up. Regardless of when you buy the extended warranty, the warranty term of service goes into effect as of the date car was first sold. I would delete my incorrect post, but the forum software does not give me that option.
