GoogleP, my post #9 includes the solution (at least "a" solution), with part number used and obviously the manufacturer at the link to Mouser https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/829-15425692
(link takes one to the part number used).
Just an update, even though no one responded. I found the information I needed in the Viper Registry. Black and Medium Slate are the colors I was looking for.
I have a 2008 Coupe that's black. It has grey in the center sections of each seat. I am looking for an OEM replacement seat cover. However the listings/inventories show Quartz and Medium Slate (both Grey). Some even show Medium Quartz as an overall reference to the seat with Black/Medium Slate...
MoparMap, thanks. As you probably know, I didn't have to even take the metal terminals off. I was able to take the Aptiv connector apart and replace it with new one. It's pretty simple. However, I have had to crimp those before and have a crimper that work correctly. At least I have a source for...
Hey folks. I am in the process of installing a DMH-WT5000 NEX Pioneer stereo in my '08 coupe. I have the Metra DIN faceplate adapter and also their wiring harness 70-6502. It all will hook up fine, but I have a couple of questions. First one is, it seems there is no adapter to use the other...
MoparMap, yes looks like you are right. Thanks to you and all who assisted. Mouser is a good source. They have what is needed and I was able to make the quick fix and learned a lesson on removing those connectors. Pretty easy to remove, in hindsight.
Thanks; you are right. I could leave it, it works fine. But I want to fix it. Nearly certain the clip I ordered is the one that'll do it. Pretty simple fix. I'll update this once I do.
So just to follow up for those interested, I did something similar to the folks who responded. I took a 6" hurst, cut some off, 1" diameter tube welded to the bottom, tappped 1/2" 20 it for the T56. Now I have this. Not for everyone, but I like it. Sort of a traditon for manual cars since I was...
NVViperTech and MoparMap, Thank you for your assistance. I have done a lot of research to include looking at a few drawings of connectors. It is indeed an Aptive (formerly Delphi) Connector. There are a few different numbers. I found an additional number on the body of the connector of 52772 and...
NVViperTech, thank you. I really just want to get a couple connector, take it apart and use what I have existing....as you can see, I broke the clip. It still works without it, but it bugs me.
