Doesn't even turn over? Not trying to be silly here, but make usre the key in the "on" position, and clutch is all the way in. Then check fuses, starter solenoid, clutch switch to start.

Windows go up and down radio works. Clutch is in and the only sound I here (click) is coming from a relay. When I tried too start it this morning it wanted to crank and then nothing.

All connections tight (battery)? How old is the fuel? Do you have a code scanner? Mine wouldn't start last week and it's a camshaft sensor failure CEL.

Take some photos before it's towed of the inside & outside-odometer too.

Write down some of the phone numbers of the Viper techs who are here on the boards too. Keep them in your wallet or in the Viper glove box.
Might come in handy if this dealership doesn't know what's going on.
Mark Jorgensen, Tom Sessions, Chuck Tator.

Good luck.

The dealer now has the car and yes it started for them. They were not able to take it for a test run as it was raining all day here in Georgia.

You might want to suggest that you take them for a test drive.....
Safer this way.

Change the main computer? that's crazy-talk!

The clutch pedal switch is often the culprit. If you get on your hands and look closely under the clutch, you'll see a slider on the rod underneath the pedal. It is green on a gen2. not sure on a gen3. anyway, if that sensor doesn't show that the clutch is all the way down, you can't start the car. many people just ground this out so that the computer thinks the clutch is always pressed in... but then if you press START with the car in gear and there happens to be a wall in front of you... OOPS. So don't do that. But check out the switch and maybe replace it.

good luck!

My car is ready. The dealer replaced the PCM there was a ground fault in the computer. The battery tested full strength at the back but weak at the front of the car. I had them change the fluids and will pick up the car this week as I am now in Florida.
Thanks for all the help.
