I agree with Russ M. Without checking your air/fuel ratio, you don't even know whether you need more fuel. If you do, then a fuel/ignition management system will allow you to add fuel. This can be done by increasing fuel pressure or by increasing injector pulse width (a la Vec2). If you find...
Unfortunately, this is the only picture I currently have:

If you would like some close ups just PM me with your email address and I'll try to take them tomorrow
As I recall, I bought them from either John B or SnakeOyl
I agree with your comment about the shoulder straps rubbing your neck. I have the TeamTech harnesses and noticed a big improvement in comfort with a set of harness pads installed.
Re: Gen I head gasket ?\'s
Since half of the cost of replacing the gaskets is labor from pulling the heads, I had stage 2 heads and Jesel roller rockers installed at the same time. Of course this meant that I could benefit from less back pressure so I had belanger headers installed as well...
John and Jason at West Coast Viper in Temecula, Ca. did all the work with the exception of the smooth tubes, K&N's,and 3" SS exhaust with cat delete and Borla muffler. The latter I got at Northwind Engineering and installed myself. He also included the 180 thermostat, silicon radiator hoses...
I have a 94 RT with a cam, stage 2 heads, jesel RR, belanger headers, no cats, and Borla exhaust. On the dyno I make 480 RWHP. My air/fuel ratio is running 14-14.5 so I believe I can get close to 500RWHP when I add a Vec-2 which is on order
