Tom I was not specifically speaking of a 1996 engine but a generalized response. A recommendation as mentioned can be taken by the recipient to be directed toward any model year, and really any vehicle application. What is good for a Viper must be good for the family sedan and the company fleet...
I corded a full set of V700's in one day at autocrossing. Only 6 times around the circuit (4 hot). I found, at least for me, that they are great for the street and for road track. But the extreme overheating that can be created during an autocross was over the top.
Jon if I still have a job...
Please note that maintaining and proving the longevity and effectiveness of all emissions control elements is required by both the EPA and CARB. Both the OEM and the regulatory agencies purchase aged vehicles for proof testing, in addition to internal durability evaluation. If testing indicates...
Well it is west (and south) of St. Louis, which is the gateway to the west.
Also confusing is how Michigan is in the midwest when it really is in the mideast. Oops, that creates a whole other problem.
Tom, Tom, Tom. How can you say that no modern engines have slider followers. Direct acting or bucket follower engines have sliding valvetrain surfaces, with significantly higher contact stresses than the flat tappet followers of old (or new NASCAR style). They do have an advantage in that the...
A momemtary loss of judgement. Alas, since every minute of every day recently has been with the feds I cannot seem to see the forest for the trees. Lots of trees!
Not a single day off in months and minimum 12 hours/day 7 days is getting OLD! Of course the extra income is, um, well a mirage...
Now that the separation is formal the flood gates can start with commentary. Too bad I cannot swear here. Three things I no longer trust: Bankers, German businesses and bankers!
A couple oldies but goodies. The 3 years she was able to use the center seat were the most enjoyable as the whole family could cruise. Until she was able to shift that is.
Note held down using 6 point mounts top and bottom. Very secure.
So how do you misadjust a splitter to cause front lift?
And yes I have observed the same type of event. The Mercedes on the Mulsanne straight made it spectacular back in 1998 I believe. But that was not due to poor splitter adjustment but overall aero that when the front end lifted as when...
the more I think about it the more I think it was the early days of the viper registry. I do recall that there postings of tech service bulletins available, which probably would not have been available on the Car and Driver site.
It has only been stated UNION pensions will be protected. Note also that has been said before and during bankruptcy proceedings the banks and creditors have won and had major reductions in said guarantees. Believe it if you will but the banks are in control.

Thank you. And yes there was some other software. I cannot remember if it was an AOL site or something but it was crude. It was on dial up back then and it was SLOW.
Thanks Chris. Based on the archives my first post using that level of soiftware was 5/28/98. I believe I was on some earlier version prior to that but am not certain. Too long ago! Any way to change the join date to at least include the a known post?
Cerberus holds Chrysler Financial and Auburn Hills Properties (Chrysler tech Center and other non production properties) separately. They made up with the devil (Daimler) so they would come up smelling like a rose no matter what! whoever said you could trust a private equity firm.
Please do expand on these "accusations." The mention of anything in that manner is telling. Very telling. You may move to a clean thread if you wish. However, I do not believe in going behind closed doors when someone is "accusing."
Who the hell said I did or did not support the raffle or the VCA. Uncalled for to make it a personal attack back to me. I was trying to show how deflecting a thread to a specific alternative is showing bias. Guess the blind cannot tell their own bias.
And just to be clear this is not an old...
Why are you going out of your way to try to move business away from PartsRack? Funny way for the wife of the VCA President to treat one of the strongest and most reliable VCA supporters.
Maybe for every thread about the VCA raffle someone should make a post about other possible raffles. Or...
I also have had only comprehensive on a "stored/unused" vehicle. My insurance allowed me a infrequent evaluation, say once a month, to keep it charged and running properly. If I planned to do more I would turn on full coverage when needed.
As for the top vehicle aspect I had never thought of...
