    I'm surprised you can even hear them. I didn't hear any rear imaging until I built rear speaker pods closer. I would start by swapping out a different speaker to the wires and see if there is a signal.

    Dude, the door is the first place I would have looked. Any time there is an electrical problem in the drivers door I go to the wire bundle. I've already soldered 4 at different times. Do you have any pics of the fan install?

    Really a turbo kit should not cost that much. It's basically some tubing, turbos, waste gates, BO valves and oiling lines. The tune is the most important part.

    For the most part.... You can replace the speakers without drilling if you can find one with lots of hole patterns in the frame. Otherwise you may have to drill a few extra holes to mount them.
