Rear Pads R&R
When pushing pistons back; I usually start with a flat head screwdriver between the rotor & old pad, pull the pad, then fully compress with my hands. Nick- white out

Unless the new AEM units are different than the '09 units (I haven't read into the updated features); he still needs a boost controller. I agree that any high power AEM tuner can set up a good launch control (double step) for the car. Nick- white out

MG's require much less effort for the 2-3 throw than the Viper. :lmao: In reality, I frequently went 2-5. Which is much better than 3-2 vs. 3-4. Nick- white out

Also, I'm not sure what boost controller you're running. But the Hallman Pro RX with the ceramic ball helps with quicker spool. I ran a GT35R82 on my STi (2.5 litre), so getting that thing to spool quickly was very important. Nick- white out

Great build! Since the coater is local, you could hit the intake manifold with thermal coating. It would help lower intake temps. Phenolic spacers between the intake manifold and heads would also help keep intake temps down. You're in the midwest. Pick up a bigger pump and some bigger...- white out

If you don't program the ecu; blirp the throttle, it will build boost at the line. But you will have to figure out how to bring the RPMs down when it comes time to launch. Nick- white out

Please don't put faux carbon fiber decals on your car. Ricer doesn't only apply to Japanese cars, a commonly used variation is domestic rice. Which would apply to a Viper for things like painted hood pad, non-factory stripes, fangs, GTS style fuel doors on RT/SRT convertible, chrome/polished...- white out
