My ACR came today and the brake ducts are covered. Is this normal
for ACRs? I thought they didn't come with fog lights so the ducts
could be used for cooling.
Thanks for any help.

Air ducts were an optional consideration before the ACR was first introduced in "99" but because of a few problems like federal regulations and lack of cooling from the "99" ducts, they were not offered. The fog light less cars weight is a little less and are they ready for a brake duct when an effective one is developed. All ACR's have no fog lights from the factory.

I think I recall Sean Roe saying that if you cut holes in the fog light area that there would actually be negative pressure and would not work for cooling. I'm still waiting for the Mopar Duct Kit and the guy delivering it is named Godot.

Hey Gerald,

Yes Vert = Convertible

In Southern Cal you have to have a Convertible to justify the
extra expense of living here
You must be registered for see images
