I have an 00 Cherry condition GTS with 4700 miles on it. Earlier this week I got a call from an acquaintance that is getting ready to sell his 03 SRT-10 because he has a new C6 Vette due in around August. The SRT-10 is black and beautiful. We took it for a ride and from the passenger's seat I was impressed with the power and ride. He turned the wheel over to me and I was even more impressed, particularly with the brakes from speed. This guy also had a 96 blue/white stripes GTS previously. We both commented that the GTS was the definite looker and he said that he had several people ask him what the SRT-10 was, but everyone knew his GTS was a Viper. My assessment is that the SRT-10 is a great car and I would not mind at all to have one. My only hesitation is to wait on the Compition Coupe and see where the chips fall. If the CC carries over the refinement and power of the SRT-10, Dodge will definitely have a winner on their hands.
