Hi everyone. I’m hoping someone in the Viper community can point me in the right direction.

I have a 2002 Dodge Viper RT/10 and I’m trying to keep the car as original as possible while adding modern functionality. My plan is to remove and carefully store the factory Alpine radio so it can always be reinstalled, and install a Pioneer AVH-3500NEX for Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, navigation, and hands-free calling. Since the screen retracts, it still maintains a fairly factory appearance when not in use.

The missing piece is the ARH-VPR2 Radio Replacement/Amp Retention Kit for 1996–2002 Vipers. It allows the factory amplifier to be retained without cutting or modifying the original wiring, which is exactly what I’m trying to do.

I’ve searched everywhere I can think of, and every source I’ve found shows it as out of stock.

If anyone has:
  • An ARH-VPR2 they’d be willing to sell,
  • Knows of a dealer or shop that still has one on the shelf,
  • Has built an equivalent harness, or
  • Has another clean, reversible solution,

I’d really appreciate the help. Thank you in advance!
