Need a recommendation on a mechanic to install Belanger exhaust, ECU, coil overs and 3:55 gears on my 09

Has anyone had any smog compliance issues with the exhaust and ECU upgrades?

Cam McCracken. He used to own Malby Motorsports. I think he still works on Vipers out of his Home. Awesome Viper Mechanic. He's done work on my Viper.
