??? Michellin 345/30/19 Tire Question ???

Does michellin still make 345/30/19 NON-RUNFLATS? if so who stocks them? just checked with tire rack and they have a low stock. ive heard the RUN-FLATS are really stiff and they dont handle as well.

So they make Michellin PS2 in a 345 size for 19"?
