Rear bumper install process

Trying to get my viper back together, I've just gotten the rear quarters on and now I'm on to the bumper. It was part way off when I got it so I'm not sure on the proper install process. I've tried searching and haven't found anything. Any help appreciated.

Hang in on the back and start your bolts loose its very straight forward. dont over thik it
