good question!!!
I too have a softop issue!! for my 2001 rt/10. it comes in a bag with directions on how to install the tonneo that dont have? why?
shouldn't it tell me how to install the softop. Also it is missing so velcro on the crossmembers.

Contact Doug Levin, he fixes the soft top from what I understand.

same problem here. took the top out of the trunk (never used) and bingo...two nice sized holes. dealer ordered me a new one. now i don't keep it in the trunk unless i plan on using it....caps or no caps. any dealer should replace it for you.

Try folding a small towel on the inside of the soft top before folding it up. That should keep the bolts from rubbing the soft top.
